Frequently Asked Questions
How many people do I need to start a company?
A private limited company needs at least two promoters. A limited partnership needs at least two partners, including at least one unlimited-liability partner who manages the partnership.
How long does registration take?
Once the documents are complete and signed, the DBD can usually process a straightforward registration on the same day. Most of the time goes into agreeing the structure and preparing documents, which we help you do quickly.
What must the company do after registration?
The company must keep accounts from the registration date, appoint a qualified bookkeeper, hold its first shareholders’ meeting within six months and have its annual financial statements audited. We explain each step and can support you through our accounting and audit services.
Do I need to register for VAT?
It depends on your business activities and turnover. We review your plans and advise whether and when VAT registration is needed.
